Despite the windy, rainy weather, hundreds of residents braved the elements Monday to honor the community’s military men and women during the 2024 Veterans Day Parade.
Grand marshals for this year’s parade included Army Sgt. Alan Cotta, Air Force Master Sgt. Chuck Herman, and Air Force Master Sgt. Herman “Bud” Lebo.
Meanwhile across town, at Merced College the Field of Honor was on display to honor the community’s military veterans and first responders.
Here are a collection of highlights from the Veterans Day ceremonies.
