A packed house turned out Friday night for “The Debate At The State” at Modesto’s State Theatre, where Rep. John Duarte and former Assemblyman Adam Gray discussed the most talked-about issues in the race for California’s 13th Congressional District.
From abortion to water rights, the two candidates gave their stances on a wide variety of topics.
