Amid the controversial discussions to potentially change the location of the planned downtown Merced high-speed rail station, a townhall is scheduled to be held 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23 on the campus of UC Merced, inside room COB2 112.
Panelists will include Merced City Councilmembers Darin DuPont and Shane Smith. Hosted by the organization Middle Ground, the event is free and open to the public.
