The little monsters (ages 10 and under) kick things off at noon with the 400m Zombie Zoom, a quick run perfect for our youngest ghouls.
Then at 12:15 PM, the Monster Dash takes off with your choice of a chip-timed 5K or 10K. Whether you’re chasing a personal record or just out for a haunted good time, there’s a distance for every runner.
Costumes are encouraged, so come dressed for the occasion!
Run fast! The first 100 finishers will take home a custom race medal, so don’t get caught dead at the back of the pack.
Note: Golden Valley’s AME students in full monster costumes will be part of the 5K/10K race experience. This event is a fundraiser for the Golden Valley AME Boosters, which provides scholarships and experiences for arts, media and entertainment students. For information about the event, please email boosters@gvame.org or call/text 209-914-5585.
